Relevé Leadership is…

In French, to “relever” means to raise something up or to elevate something. Relevé Leadership (technically, “leadership relevé”) that translates to elevating leadership to the next level. We are consultants and coaches who partner with leaders to develop strategy, solutions and practices that will take their organization to the next level of transformation or growth.

We are adapters. We employ tried and tested frameworks and tools, while tailoring them to the unique needs of our partners.

We are innovators. We are not afraid to explore new ways of looking at a problem and evaluate potential solutions for effectiveness and long-term viability.

We are strategists. We help our partners engage the right stakeholders to develop a clear strategy that takes care of the root cause of issues, rather than simply the symptoms.

We are connectors. We help our partners build and/or strengthen relationships within their organization, fostering a culture of trust and psychological safety.

We are builders. We roll up our sleeves to design, develop, pilot and evaluate intervention initiatives for and with our partners, as needed.

Equity, Diversity, Inclusion at Relevé Leadership

Relevé Leadership’s mission is to help organizations achieve their vision of transformation or growth by exploring new or more effective ways of thinking and doing. Invariably, this requires them to look at problems and solutions with a lens of equity, diversity and inclusion, whether their staff is diverse or homogenous or whether their operating systems are rife with bias and barriers for socially and/or economically disadvantaged individuals or not. No strategy or leader is effective without this lens simply because of the systemically unjust world we live in.

Our firm hires and collaborates with individuals from diverse backgrounds including those who have been historically denied access to successful careers in the management consulting industry because of their identity and socioeconomic background. We also value those, for whom the industry has made entry and success in consulting much easier for the very same reasons. We value the knowledge and expertise each person brings from their unique experiences and background. We are a team of corporate and government veterans, consultants, psychologists, data analysts, former educators and professors, facilitators, and coaches who help our partners see and understand what they couldn’t before and access the next best version of their organization or themselves.
